Once you submit the application, our system populates all your answers into a e-document for you to easily review and digitally sign. That's right — no more having to print and fax in documents (what's a fax machine again?)
Simply follow the below steps:
1. Click the 'eSign' button on your account page
2. Check your email — you should receive a Docusign link which will take you to your filled out application
3. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number to gain access
4. Review and eSign it!
